Regular readers of Make, Do and Push! will know that we have been recording Indy’s sleep over the past month in our Bubbaroo Baby Sleep Diary here… and if you follow me on Twitter, you may have seen my daily morning update! As part of the Bubbaroo Baby Sleep Diary, we have been sent some gorgeous products from Bubbaroo to try, and today I’m writing about the Bubbaroo Blankie.
Bubbaroo are an Australian company founded and run by Mama of two, Nicole, who started designing sleeping products for babies as a result of firsthand experience; her first born suffered from reflux, a symptom of this being an extreme startle reflex which meant he kept waking himself up, so the Joey Swaddle was born! A whole range has been developed as Nicole’s children have grown.
We were sent a gorgeous Bubbaroo Blankie in mocha and white, which is wonderfully unisex. It also comes in two other colourways – mystic blue and delicate pink. Indy absolutely adores the stripes!
The blanket is made from 100% high quality knitted cotton and is super cosy. We’ve been using it predominantly as a pram blanket, as matches our pushchair beautifully. It’s very soft and is so kind against Indy’s skin.
The Blankie is a brilliant size (120cm x 120cm), and will fit baby from newborn to toddler. I love big blankets as find them so versatile – they’re fab in winter to layer up and so useful in summer to lay out on the grass for baby to shuffle about on, or for picnics!
Best of all? The Blankie is machine washable!
The Bubbaroo Blankie costs £34.95 and can be purchased on the Bubbaroo website.
